Your right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email us at contact@tryminiscents.com, complete our withdrawal request form, or send us any other clear statement of your decision.

Sealed hygiene products

Refunds

We will refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Standard Shipping is free, so there is no standard delivery cost to refund. If you chose Express Shipping (€4.90), the additional cost of express delivery is not refunded, as permitted by EU consumer law, because a free standard option was available. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back.

How to return

To return an item, email us at contact@tryminiscents.com and we will send you the return instructions. Please send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. [PENDING — state who pays the cost of return shipping.]

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at contact@tryminiscents.com with your order number and a photo. In this case you will not bear any return cost.
