Standard Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. You can choose Express Shipping at checkout for €4.90. The carrier is selected by us according to your destination.
Where we ship
We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, especially during peak periods.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where the carrier provides it.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. [PENDING — state whether these are included in the price or paid by the customer on delivery.]
Shipping fragrances
Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids for transport. Some destinations or carriers may restrict their shipment. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
Delivery address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us at contact@tryminiscents.com as soon as possible so we can try to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email us at contact@tryminiscents.com with your order number (and a photo if the parcel is damaged). Under EU consumer law, we bear the risk of loss or damage until the goods are delivered to you.
Optional Shipping Protection
At checkout you can add optional Shipping Protection. It is never required, and it does not limit or replace your legal rights as a consumer.
